Job Description:
Single contributor position responsible to grow sales from customers in the midwest. The geographic position of manufacturing plants means that this territory will have an emphasis on large size plastic containers.
A growing bottle, container, and closure manufacturer with six plants in the midwestern and western United States.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements

5 years’ experience in packaging;

Preferred experience in bottles / sprayers / cap & closures / rigid acceptable

Experience selling into Distributors a plus

Clearly demonstrated success record in delivering and growing business

Understands value-based selling

4-year accredited college degree; advanced degree desirable

Free from all non-compete agreements with current or former employers

Manage and grow existing customers

Identify, qualify, and prioritize new customer targets

Identify new business targets at existing and new customers

Effectively provide forecast data to management

Recommend pricing decisions

Identify new product recommendations
-
Effectively control sales expenses
